Whoa, totally not what I was expecting this to ne about! 😄

Performce is number one, it means the person has shown in their ability to handle their currently role and has shown potenial to move forward in a higher role with added expectations. I would never promote someone based on seniority, always based on the work that has been put in and the skill sets to grow and move forward in the career development stages.

And Experience is usually reflected in one's Performance (and work ethic).

You cannot fake it. 🙂
