Prayers Requested

It is absolutely horrible here in Ohio. I am scared to death and scared to go to sleep because I think a tree is going to fall on my house. I have never ever seen anything like this. Pray for Huntress and Seraph also. They are in the path too. Im sure some other people are but I don't know where everyone lives. All the schools are closed. Every number I try to call is busy. This might possibly be the most terrifying thing I have ever seen. 75 mph winds for 24 hours and they said the worst hasn't gotten here yet. Yikes.

Thanks everyone. The police are asking us to stay inside. My job said we don't have to come in so I'm with limited power. I'm typing on my cell so hopefully the battery lasts.

I live in Hurricane alley but luckily this time, we missed it. I KNOW your fear...have endured it dozens of times. This too shall pass. Over 6 million without power....stay inside and keep safe.

Well, I am ok. My basement has water everywhere. My street is flooded and there is a car trapped in the flood. I tried to get to them but I could not. Too much water. I have a SUV and it was even too much water for that.

It looks like a third world country outside. Trash and debris everywhere. No lights and power. It's still raining and is expected to until Thursday afternoon. Power lines are down everywhere. Huge trees are uprooted and turned over.

I expect the worst to be over. It is still very windy. I truly have never ever seen anything like this.

i texted my family (my father's sister and her children and grandchildren)in New Jersey and no answer yet. So keep praying please.

I'm doing ok just wanted to let you all know. It's still raining very hard and most of the power is still out around here but it could be worse.

I hope all of you are safe and sound.

The silver lining..I had a valid excuse to go out and buy rain boots..like I need one 😉

I havent seen the Sun in 6 days. I really miss it. It's amazing the things we take for granted.

@ Seraph..no word from the fam but New Jersey is pretty messed up. I am confident I would have heard by now if they were dead...so no news is good news.

Tamara, I thought you lived down under with the kangaroos. I am glad to know you are ok. I don't have much but you are welcome to what I do have.

After today, I'm going to do some cleaning up. If I don't post for a few days then know that I am ok.
