Rather than confront Leo about his feelings, I would let him know about your feelings. Tell him sternly but lovingly how you feel and what you expect out of this relationship and let him make up his own mind. The problem with confrontation is that Leos are very stubborn and you might set yourself up for a pattern that might be unpleasant to keep up. Make up your own mind, act on it and remeber; if it's meant to be he will return. Also try to figure out you karmic involvement with this person. Do you have work together or not ?
