Yes, It does. Do a search on the degrees of the pisces moon is in relation to the pisces sun. If it's within 10 degrees it's definitley touching. In this case there is an emotional connection to the pisces. An understanding that is needed on both parts. I know there is someone else here who could provide better descriptions. Hopefully she will see this and provide input on the moon/sun connection. I'm already on my 2nd glass of wine lol
