I have been hung up on an Aquarius man for a few months now. I'm a Leo woman (actually born on Aug 9 like Whitney who I loved). We have INCREDIBLE sexual chemistry, but we argue and fight all the time as if we were brother and sister. We both act like immature kids when we're together. But it's comfortable, open, and authentic. Almost every time we get together one of us says that we're done seeing the other, but we keep coming back to each other. I won't admit it to him, and I think he may feel the same about me, but I am crazy about him. Let's just say despite the arguments, no man has kept me as entertained and stimulated as he has.

I have a scorpio best friend who is male and I love him deeply. I can't really comment on your charts as I'm not that up on the astrology of it all. I too have venus in Leo though and I know that its high sex drive element does tend to make me think with my loins 🙂 But back to the leo/scorpio relationship - having a close scorpio friend has given me the ability to see the leo/scorpio dynamic outside of a romantic relationship. I really don't think, in the long run, these two will work together. From my perspective I know that the secretiveness, paranoia and mistrust (in the world in general not in me) that my scorpio friend displays would eventually drive me to murder him if we were romantically involved. What I love about knowing him is the deep emotional connection that we have, and the trust that he has in me and vice versa, i love his directness and honesty, his confusion at emotions, his desire to understand why, what, where. His ability to sit and talk for hours about any subject, our ability to debate for hours about any subject without it deteriorating into an argument - bring romance into it and this will disappear eventually. The sexual chemistry between leo and scorpio will last for a long time, but I think the hurt leo/scorpio could be capable of visiting on each other will eventually turn that into full blown hate.

With a leo/scorpio relationship i'd say enjoy it while it lasts (and I can only imagine that the sex would be out of this world) but get out before the two get hurt. And scorpio will be hurt more as I think leo is stronger emotionally than they are - in that they can move on quicker - which in itself will wound the scorpio even more.

I knew she was a leo. Thought for awhile she was an aries..learned different later.

R.I.P Whitney, she'll be missed. Well she had an aries moon maybe that's why you thought she was an aries.

Wow if I didn't appreciate or understand the beauty of Leo's I do now. I knew Whitney was a Leo, but I didn't appreciate her while she was here. Watching her "home going" right now on TV is bittersweet. I'm glad they brought it back to her roots, and I'm glad it's being streamed so the world can view it. She was a very vibrant spirit, and that's what I'll always remember about her, even moreso than her voice.

about the aquarius- leo relationship. I have aquarius friends that are very close to me, but I would stay away from one relationship wise. Relationship wise...I can NOT STAND THEM. I find them attractive but they are always trying to get with me and there is always some boundary that is crossed. My opinion is that for Leos they are better as friends.

She had an aries rising? Wow...small world me too. I have a first cousin who had every hair style whitney did until recently. She's also a leo. She also looks exactly like whitney. Lol
My memories of Whitney.....my best is "I wanna Dance With Somebody" video 1987. The song seemed to go on forever and my little sister was born that year in February.

Yup, so I have to avert my eyes when you're on a thread, but every now and then I have a drool 🙂 He is cuspy - 24th Aug.

My memory song of Whitney (although loved them all, she was so wonderful and beautiful) is "Saving All My Love For You" - the month my father died. Watching her funeral now, as most of Ireland seems to be doing, and its such a tribute to her.

aw so cute, that's the thing with scorps they are so deeply emotional, very good for us Leo's, when they love they let you know and enjoy letting you know, they are so into it, and boy do we enjoy hearing it.. I hope it works out for you. Whitney, the best, sad to lose such a great Leo that we could all be proud of, she had so much in front of her after her long battles. I know cassette tapes, I have a few still 🙂

Watching The Bodyguard now, her character was such a Leo even in that film, no wonder she was the perfect choice.

However people forget that Leos share these very same qualities, i.e. madonna, barack obama, sandra bullock, whitney houston, fidel castro.

the Red Hair/Freckles is a bit of a myth/caricature though, most Irish people are dark/black hair or blonde. The heritage from either our Spanish or Scandinavian invaders. I know hardly anyone with red hair - but it is beautiful on a woman.
