Does Weeks have anything to do with Us?

I was researching a bit about the weeks of Libra's and how October 3-10 people differ a lot from October 11-18 and stuff and so on. Anyone know much about the week stuff?

Is there like a compatibility difference between certain decans of different signs. Like I'm a 2nd decan Libra and would i be more compatible with a 2nd Leo than a 3rd or something.

Yes, decans do have impact. I'm from the cusp of theatre (3rd ?); my partner is the cusp of scorp-libra. The difference is there.

Yeah cause I've noticed that all librans don't act the same except in the decans I do see a huge similarity.
