A cheating libra is an unhappy one, especially if he's cheating on someone that he cared enough about to make her his fiance. Maybe she has hair on her top lip ....lol.
He hasn't said I DO yet, doesn't give him the right to cheat or maybe he or she has called it quits.
Maybe he isn't cheating with her, but seems like it.
Emotional cheating, yeah maybe.
It happens because he confides to someone else about the relationship, and then they develop something.

If a libra cheat then he/she isnt happy or possibly no longer attracted to you. You must have done something, think back..
