Long story short, I met this Libra man (venus in Scorpio,Sag Moon and rising, Mars Leo) a couple weeks ago. He's my friends friend. Everytime I'm with him, he acts like he likes me. He can't get his hands off me, and he kisses me, and holds my hand, and hugs me, and stares at me constantly. He told me he really likes hanging out with me, and he likes me.
But when we're apart he barely contacts me, and when he does text, it's very short. He'll text me like once a week, and takes forever to reply to my texts.
