He still remembers........

I was talking about a man that I once knew a long time ago and he always seem to not realy care this way or that way about me or on the short relationship we had once many years ago. Then all of a sudden he pops up to email me a happy birthday. Well that just makes me think of all the "what could have beens".

But what I am getting at is why would a libra message you on your birthday? When they are many miles away in a different country for that matter and they really didnt remember your birthday all these years past. Why now?

I really think of him as being the lost love,not the real thing but a fantasy love.
But I couldnt have been that inlove it was so short it was fast and I left it angry.

i'm libran. and i don't hold birthdays in too much of an importance - unless they were birthdays of people i care about. what i mean is that i won't wish anyone a happy birthday "of a sudden" just because it was their birthday. i would wish it genuinely and to those that i care about.

so, it's likely, even after all this time and regardless of distance from you and of what has happened in the past, he is still thinking of you. note, however, thinking of you and beeing deeply, madly in love with you are two different things.

I randomly sent a christmas card this year. I only sent one and its to a friend I havnt spoke to in 3 years. Was just wondering how she was doing and thought a christmas card was a good way to get back intouch, maybe he's the same. Wanted an excuse to contact you, along came your birthday, perfect opportunity!

1-we used to work together and he has been out of the country for the last year. (before that we hardly spoke in the office after we ended our fling)
2-we saw each other in Nov. when He was in town on business. We had a talk and an after work function, where we just caught up.
3-when i say all of a sudden. I mean I was definitely in his sights for at least two of those 3 and he never said happy birthday when he had the chance.

So what I was getting at was I think because we saw each other right before the Thanksgiving holiday, it triggered something.


I still think about him. And i had a dream at least two weeks before that he came back to the office. And it was just that.....it came true the dream i mean.
