How to proceed with Aries?

Im Libra girl, who recently met Aries and cannot soberly estimate the situation cause did not play cards right at the beginning cause don't ask why🙂

We met at the courses. Aries is like a Fire, fshh.

I of course instantly liked him, he is active, not afraid to look at me and we talked but there was no this kinda hey, i like you, we gotta be.

But i want it.

Im attractive and interesting and such, so i totally feel like we could be.

On courses:

He sits next to me, kinda make me feel like we are involved into one thing, that could be convo or activity.

He stares at me at times.

But never texted me first.

I texted him first asking for how long he is visiting courses. We talked.

I and company went out for a walk, i said I'm glad I'm going out cause i have only few friends in this town. He was like- AND me! How about me? Im like of course of course. Then he sticked to me and talked to me all the way. About everything, no hints on romance. Was polite and such. Told me everything he knows about life, literally, i hope it was done to impress me. We enjoyed listening to the music together. At the end he looked into my eyes and told exclusively for me that ill see you soon. Im like hell yeah, but hell no, cause it never happened.

Next, i texted him to ask if he would be willing to go and check tickets with me, he said neither yes nor no, cause he had some volleyball. But i feel he totally could have said something like sure, after volleyball or sorry, can't today, instead he said, i have volleyball at 4, i said them how about 6, he said i finish around that time. WHAT is it.

Next, i later on texted him saying that i felt better about him before, cause well he did not answer on my last messages, he said what have i done i said you're like girl and yes and no, he said smth else. We got friendly, i said i could teach him english, he was like hell yeah, blah blah blah, give me your number, so that we can chat in english blah blah blah, come to the courses on Monday, blah blah blah, ill see you soon, blaah blah blaaah.

Nothing still.

Do i have a chance with him, is it normal to Aries to be well, hot and cold?

Is he playing the role of alpha male, who dare to make many women interested in him?

Cause he is attractive and such, i agree. is he just being friendly and like the hell she wants from me?
