How do you guys remain balanced? I'm Virgo-Libra cusper and my Venus and Mercury are also both in Libra so I usually have very balanced views... yet I struggle sometimes as I try my hardest to keep balance, like sometimes I try to be polite while being honest at the same time. My balance was found in being an asshole at work and having a family of friends who love me in spite of it, anyway. So I can just make up for it by being loving to them.
Obviously what people think about me matters to me. But I'm a writer and salesman, a sales rep for my own company. I go through about 100 rejections a day (maybe I am making this number up) so I learned to just roll with the punches in terms of acceptance. Rather than worrying or thinking too much into what people think about me, I focus on at least setting a decent example by the few people that I believe love me by the time I'm done.
Virgo are all about family, right?

^ Ideally yes, our s/o is a source of stability. Although relying heavily on one person in an emotional or moral respect counters balance.

We don't.
While Libras may reach equilibrium on a temporary basis, most fail to MAINTAIN the state of balance often associated with our sign.
I think there's somewhat of a false correlation in place, regarding the relationship between Libras & balance. We have a calming effect on others & seldom overreact in the midst of adversity, are able to adapt per circumstance & go to great lengths to demonstrate equity in most arenas of life.
On the inside, we struggle with internalized idealism and our personal convictions in contrast to the status quo. It takes a few crises and life-experiences before priorities are set straight, and even then, inner balance isn't guaranteed.

You shouldn't be talking to Libras, you should be talking to their loved ones/mates...as they are the ones that help Libras maintain balance.
I wish. On my case it's the opposite. The only people I can rely on for consistency and stability in my life are my mom and dad. Everyone else tends to be the source of the all the swinging scales.click to expand

The only thing that gives me balance is to make sure I learn from my downfalls and don't repeat them. Take responsibility for my actions and don't blame others.
