Libra coworker flirting— Do they want something more?

There's a Libra at my job who has gotten somewhat close to me. When I first started working at my job, I didn't think too much about our small talk because I talked to all of my other coworkers in the exact same manner.

But with them, the conversations are more than just small talk. We talk about our plans for the weekend, what's been going on in our lives, anything deeper than "How's your day going?".

Lately, they've been asking me hypothetical questions about my relationship status and every time I tell them that I'm single and not looking, they start to laugh and say "that's when you always find someone...when you aren't looking." I've also been noticing that there's a lot of flirting and teasing going on between us with some of it becoming sexual as well.

I know Libras have a naturally flirtatious personality, but does this Libra want more?

Not a dude but I ask people deeper questions all the time. I'm nosey but I do pick up on vibes and won't go asking everyone. It doesn't mean I like them though and I have had guys take it the wrong way thinking it's more.

However it is true you find someone when you don't look. And one Libra Co worker had admitted to me he messed around with other nurses and had a wife and kiddo too. Smh.

You're overthinking. Just go with the flow. Observe their actions from there.

I've been playing it cool all this time because I hate to make assumptions. I have been observing their behavior and while it is obviously flirtatious, I'm not too sure.

Overthinking it I think.

That being said if your decide to hang out with this person outside of the office do things in the daylight hours. No bar hopping late at night.

Us Libras love good conversations with people we find interesting. I do ask a lot of questions if I like or feel comfortable with someone. Unless this guy asks you out on a date I'd say he's just being friendly.

Superficial conversation does not cut it with me. He is obviously trying to get to know you better. Libra are flirtatious by nature so don't read too much into, but he could be testing the waters with you if he is single.

You don't know anything about Libras huh? Libras are infamous for our charming and flirtatious behavior. Libras are huge huge flirts! You are experiencing the enchantment of our Venusian power to engage, converse, flirt and charm. Sounds like he is playing mind games cuz he's interested in screwing you. When he really wants you, he will invite you on a date. This sounds like a dude wants to screw, then dismiss.

It's good to know you are not tripping, because his interest is lukewarm.

If he eventually asks you out he's probably interested like the poster said above. I will never go out with a girl I am not interested in. I am a shameless flirt..it just comes second nature and is an embedded demeanor.

Just ask him out to something small and if he declines it means he's uninterested. I will never miss out on the chance to go out with someone that catches my eye.

I overheard his conversation with another coworker and he has a girlfriend.
