libra/leo chart questions

Okay my boyfriend is Leo and his Ascendant is Libra. I am a Libra and my Ascendant is Leo (that's my only connection to fire signs... no planets in ANY fire signs). However, my boyfriend has a 12th house stellium with 4 planets in Libra (venus, pluto, jupiter and saturn).

questions

1. Do our ascendants complement each other, is that odd pairing?

2. Does his Libra stellium complement our relationship because I'm a Libra?
