Which signs are like the most trust worthy and most the same mood all the time not all those crazy mood swings?

Taurus and Scorpio are fairly consistent, from my experience.

Pisces are the clingy, emotional ones in the relationship..are you kidding me? Within a month of dating a libra, he asked me to move in/marry him. And, as much as I clicked with him on a lot of levels (his twisted sense of humor always kept me off-kilter), his clinginess (yes I know it's not a word), drove me insane. I would literally be making lunch, and he'd put his arms around my waist and follow me around the kitchen. I finally couldn't take it and had to tell him that unless he gave me some space and room to breath, it was going to work out.

Infact from what I know, pisces loves libra a lot but libra will find a lot of faults with pisces and eventually try to run away.

Galiliea, this must have been a libra with a ton of water in his chart. You must have a ton of air/fire in your chart for this to be the case, otherwise, seems very unlikely.
