I was just being flirty and feminine. It would have to be done with class and in a playful fashion, because Libras don't generally seek vulgarity.

I do believe Libras love to flirt regardless. Charm is one of their assets, and they usually have it and use it, in abundance. So, yes, your statement has truth in it. But they flirt with everyone. I do not believe there is a disqualifier in this. So, it might be safer to say, a Libra's flirting with you, is not a definite mark of interest, for they do this universally.
Libras, generally tend to look for something unique, to look up to or admire. A beautiful smile, someone who is well kept, or intelligent, etc.
But I am sure there are all kinds and that it can change from person to person...

Exaggeration is the highest form of flattery (grin).
I dunno...as I said, I was going for the charming, humorous, avant garde approach. And while I was at it, I was trying to insinuate certain qualities without just coming out and asking, do you wanna...? Of course, some Libras are fine with the...do you wanna? They are probably the one sign that wouldn't hold that against you.
Whichever you choose, there are sites aplenty that would give you advice on this matter. You only have to google them.

I would also state there is a difference between male and female Libras, and I am not just talking about the plumbing.
A Libra male is a charming thing to behold. And in this charm, he is often taken for an irascible flirt. He does this naturally, not intentionally. It is as air is to breathing to most. They are notoriusly known for flirting, though this is not meant in a negative fashion, as it seems to have been taken. They are sensual. They have the most engaging smiles generally. I would also state that one that is committed is usually quite devoted. Most of the Libras I know, are quite active in the dating department, and usually don't settle down until their 30's or better (the males). But they are idealistic generally and seek their idea of perfection. Most of the Libra males I have been exposed to, would tell you bluntly and honestly, exactly what those qualities where. They are usually brutally honest, if asked directly about whether there is interest, but might be swayed to not hurt one's feelings, as they tend to be great diplomats. They can have a great deal of trouble making decisions...They can be frivolous. There is a reason our symbol is the scales...

My libra friend would flirt with everyone but me, and it definitely left me confused. And *I* thought he hated me.
I do flirt with those I like, but when it gets serious, flirtation may be down to zero. I can't recall when my Libra ever flirted with me; my attempts to flirt with him were shot down.

the hooker comment...libras in general don't get off on what a person does but on how much they want to do it. knowing that somebody wants to please them is the biggest turn on. otherwise, why not just pay a professional to do it? a libra is very unlikely to do that, because they need the mental part. they need to feel wanted. so no matter what skills you have, they pale in comparison to your enthusiasm.
this is how everything is when it comes to flirting with a libra. nothing matters as much as the libra feeling like you want them. like they aren't just another face. like they're special.
gotta back spica on the zero promise, though. libras love to let you feel like you've caught them. but the second it stops being playful and starts being possessive, they freak. always. the are in love with the idea of love, not the reality. remember, the libra is too good for you, out of your league, gracing you with their presense. this isn't necessarily true. you might not believe it. just make sure the libra thinks you believe it.

2) Honesty. No game-playing. Guys like a bit of a challenge, sure. But making him CHASE you, playing so hard to get, that will backfire with Libra eventually. If you play games, if he starts feeling like just one of the fish on your hooks, he'll walk away. They detest game-players. They want a REAL connection, not a superficial hook-up usually.
3) Confidence, self-assurance... not cockiness or rudeness. Libras are refined - they like sexy, NOT slutty. They like sweet, not rude and bitchy. Loud, wild, obnoxious... snarky, catty, or judgmental about ANYTHING or ANYONE, NO.
4) Skip the small talk as much as possible. They want to see INSIDE you, not all the surface crap everyone shows off. Be honest, be genuine about your feelings, opinions, thoughts.
