Libras, do you....
Yeah in general I don't like it either. If I ask what's wrong it's usually someone I know and/or care about. I'm asking because I see something is off and I want to help. The more I care, the more I dislike to hear "nothing". If I hear "nothing" too often, I'll stop asking. I know I can't always help and I know not everything needs to be talked about... it really depends. It's not just being nosey though, if I don't care, I won't ask.
Recently I was in a very low state and my Libra friend wanted to know what was up with me. However it wasn't something that I had cared to talk about at the time. So once I expressed that I didn't want to talk about it in that moment it was cool. I think it would have been more of a problem if I just said "nothing". That would have seemed like a lie to him and no one likes to be lied to.

I've had a few that I knew of who muddled it a bit because they were good listeners, but at the same time, they were nosey and loved gossipy bs so it was hard to tell if they genuinely wanted to talk about whatever issue or they wanted to know because they were nosey. I've noticed this more with the women than the men.

People have a right to their privacy if they so choose. I get bothered mainly when my BF is like that, but I'm getting used to him and just wait for him to open up or I wait until a later time and ask him wsup.
For others, I do the same thing, but really, people talk when they want to or to who they feel most comfortable talking to. Sometimes people just don't want to talk either and I just don't say anything. A hug, a touch, a smile helps.

Actually, the guy I'm seeing had something to do with this topic. But it led to the train of thought of all Libras.
He has asked me a few times about misc. things. Nothing serious, but he'll ask why about something that I mention- lack of sleep, why I was having an off day, etc. I don't really get into it. No sure why (probably because so many bailed on me when my mom was diagnosed).
Anyway, it got me thinking about how almost all the Libras I've known are down to listen and usually don't mind (even he admitted that a lot of friends of his go to him/confide in him). They almost seem to like it to an extent. Then it's like, wow, how do they feel if someone is holding out on them and they realize it? They like to play therapist. I wonder if it bothers them?
...what if that's why the Libra hesitates/has been so slow going- because I haven't opened up yet??

i would feel you dont trust me yet and im not inside your inner circle because i asked you because i care but you seemed not accepting my care by not answering the question.
i ask so i can feel what you feel. if i really cared about you i would ask you whats the problem and i will treat as if it was mine and i would find the very best solution so i can present it to you and let you see that i give a fuck of what youre going through.
if youre no importance i wont ask you for i dont like getting involved with problems because its tiring and time consuming.

Libras are not the intrusive kind, we respect whatever you have to say, which in turn makes you want to confide. I've noticed that fire suns enjoy confiding in Leebs because Leebs are patient and don't judge.

But I agree. I've noticed this trait in all the ones that I've known. It's why I was curious what was actually going on in the thought process of Libras. You guys can be so easygoing it's like okay, you're fine with that, right? None of the doing it just to be nice and you secretly want them to stfu? haha.

At the same time though, yes we do respect pretty much every thing or term you lay down. Which makes us kind of idiots. Because we generally don't read between the lines, when a lot of women want initiation. Hence why we're known as soft for never making the first move.
If you put up walls, we don't break them down generally. As a matter of fact, I made a resolution with myself to be ok with this as my nature a while back. Because I learned from my own experience, it wears down way too much energy trying to break down someone else's walls in spite of herself.
I think there was a post on here that said people often spend so much time and energy figuring out each other and where they stand with themselves, that when it gets to the actual being in a relationship part they both end up exhausted before it even begins.click to expand

The examples I gave were from awhile ago, not recently.
Currently, this thing with him is leaning a lot toward "he's not that into you," and I'm in an entirely wrong stage to be opening up to him. Seems kinda moot when he's got one foot out the door. *shrugs* If he were to bounce back and prove differently about how he feels, then yeah I'd open up maybe. Younger guys... *sigh*

If somebody wants to keep something personal then that is fine, i do like to communicate with my friends and know how they feel though. I personally am not a gossipy type of Libra, I like to tell very few people my problems and I don't repeat things that people have told me. I think that the fact that Libra's are outgoing and like to talk has given all Libra's this reputation of going off and repeating things you have told them, which is not always the case.

Let me be very honest here, this is the message from the Scorpio that since I wish him love as I do for people from my past in general, so keep my mouth shut. I just realized something, I've been quoting Albert Einstein that "you cannot solve the problem with the same energy that created it". So being a decent and respectful human being to others in silence regardless what the fuck I was subjected to isn't solving the problem. It's probably what's created it. So here is the voice: please leave me the fuck alone and stop peeping on me. No one finds it attractive no matter how they are stalked given they don't want to be stalked, even peacefully stalked. It's beyond strange that it seems you get all these people in your life involved in this watching business, this is not honesty in twisted version, it's fucked up, honesty is fuck off and have a decent life with the people in it. that's honesty and respect to them and to me. I have moved on a long time ago.
