Cancer moon is very intuitive, so if you feel he has feelings for your friend, don't just chalk it up to wild imagination. Tread lightly. I have a water moon as well, mine is in scorpio & I have learned to listen to it more because it is always on point. I've ignored it in the past & ended regretting not listening to that gut feeling.
