Posted by TauroMale22It's a used car, in very good condition still under new car warranty...no dents.
What price would be reasonable?...that depends on the the car, any dents? how is the interior? any mechanical issues(probably slim though if its a 2015) ect.
Posted by wagtailI did.. was advised that the best they could do was $ 26k 😢.... so I went to another dealer and gave them the same offer 🙂
Offer $ 20,000 cash if you can

Okay fellow DXP'ers, hoping for some advice. My car after 16 years and 330000kms now requires a complete engine (mechanic is still sourcing).. in the meantime I'm looking for a relatively newish used car.
I've got my heart set on the 2015 RAV 4 2WD Automatic Petrol 2.0L and the asking price is $ 26900 (Australian Dollars).. what price would you think is a reasonable offer..? Car has under 20k on the odometer.
Cheers,click to expand

Yeh I checked Carsguide -looks like 26 is pretty reasonable, for that year and low ks...
Maybe offer 23 if the other dealer can't come to the table.
