The shit people complain about *holds head*
I had someone demand a refund for their stay since their A/C kicked on and off all night and she "couldn't sleep."
I wanted to be like uhhhhh that's what A/C's do—? They had the damn shit set to 69 degrees and we're in Florida - it's 90 something degrees outside of course that A/C will have to run alot to cool the room. Derrrrrrrp

I work part time as a server at a fairly busy restaurant. I often have to fight back the urge to bitch-slap some of my customers, not only because they are stupid, but because they can be pretty obnoxious as well.


Example: "Miss, do you have any vegetarian options on the menu?"

Me: Why yes, there are a plethora of salads available, not to mention potato skins and the stuffed peppers

Customer: Well, what about main courses? You don't seem to have a very good vegetarian selection.

Me: Well, you ARE at The Keg.

Don't get my wrong- waitressing is pretty fun, and the tips are great, but seriously- there are many, many facepalm moments.




Lol... Like if you have special dietary needs/preferences don't fucking eat out. It's pretty simple. :/

Oh. Well I've tried. But they won't. I don't think they want to train anyone else. Plus, there's a really high turn-around here, so they probably want to hand on to whoever they can keep.
I was aboslutely done at one point & I hung up on this frequent guest. She's a fat bitch, I hate her. She was just bitching and yelling into the phone...and everytime I would try to talk or answer her she'd cut me off and tell me not to interrupt her. So I was like well this is obviously a one-sided conversation so have fun...*click* Quite possibly the best moment of my career here.
But they still didn't fire me. :/
