That's the kind of suggestions I'm asking for. Snapper sounds damn good. Bake, broil, or fry/saute?

Salsa made of minced onion, a very small amount of habanero, bit of red pepper and green, loads of fresh pineapple and a splash of wine vinegar. Let it macerate on down for an hour or two. This is excellent on pork, chicken, fish, etc.

New red potatoes cut in half and pressed into parmesan cheese and put face down on a baking sheet with olive oil and roasted till done.

Fresh snap beans with minced garlic.

A flourless chocolate cake soaked with raspberry liqueur and covered in ganache.

I concur on the weed thing, I stopped (apart from a few toots here and there) for four years or so at one point, and for a few months this year. 🙂
As for the food choice, won't cereal and/or munchies and sweets suffice ? 🙂
