According to Game theorist, underwater cities like Rapture from Bioshock are possible in real life. In fact we have the material and technology to build a underwater city now. The science behind the game has been pretty accurate, the only problems is the material to make building, as stone and concrete are not recommended. Also the city of Columbia has been regarded as possible as well, just not by our current technological status. I'll show the vids of game theorist.
