I worked for a close family friend's company all through high school. My mom was his office manager and bookkeeper, and I worked there as an office assistant basically.

Well they had hired this receptionist right after I graduated, she was a Sag too, only like 3 years older than me.
She tried really hard to be my friend, but I never fully trusted her. She seemed a bit shady to me. She insisted on telling me her life story and confided in me about very personal things. I guess she thought we were besties.

Slowly found out what a whore she was. :/ She was sleeping with these two brothers who were subcontractors for us, one of which was married and the other was in a serious LTR (live-in type deal.) Told me about her multiple abortions, the baby she gave up for adoption, her weekend escapades, etc. total W-H-O-R-E

ANYWAYS, one day I was covering her desk while she was at a "hair appointment" (which I'm almost positive was another type of procedure) and went to log into my email...not realizing she had hers set to auto-login. I didn't even think about it.. & it took me a second to realize I was in her email, not mine. I probably should have logged out when I realized it...but I couldn't help but snoop when I saw all these emails from one of the managers, whom was also a very very close family friend (so close I actually referred to him as uncle...it's a Southern thing.)
So, I'm reading these emails realizing they're having an affair. (He had just gotten married a year prior and they had just had a baby.) I'm seriously about to be sick. This is like family she's fucking with. I didn't even know what to do.

Eventually, I showed the emails to the company owner and my mom...there was a huge blowout. There was a meeting held. We called them out. They denied everything, she tried be big time,(lol) I almost got physical with her. I ended up resigning due to the fact that I wanted to murder her and working together became impossible.

Our families ended up really disconnecting - his wife never said it, but I know she didn't believe me and thought I was just starting drama. It was awkward to even be around them anymore. My dad defended him till the end, they were bestfriends...while my mom and me were basically like oh whatever, he's scum and it will come back to him.

WELL it slowly started to come out that he was in fact sleeping with that whore. Eventually it was pretty much a very well known fact. Especially after he got a DUI after leaving a bar she just so happened to bar tend at...and after he started his own company and she just so happened to get hired as the receptionist there. Everyone started distancing themselves from him. He lost all this weight, thought he was hot shit, got into an assload of debt -still thinking he's on top of the world.

Found out this morning, he started another affair with a highschool friend back in his home state and was flying out to fuck her like 2-3 times a month. The chicks husband found out and called and informed his wife. She moved out. Took their (now 3 children.) He has her convinced they're so in debt she won't get shit from him.
However, they have very wealthy friends who are taking her side and getting her a lawyer.

I'm fucking gloating. 😄 What goes around comes around.
& hmmmmmmm who was right the whole time?

Everyone said "no, not him...he wouldn't do that."
"He used to be a youth pastor."
"He's a good wholesome guy from the midwest."

Churches make fine havens for scoundrels. There was a rumor that my former youth pastor was messing with a 13 year old chick, which was believable to me since he tended to touch young girls when they were near him. Fuck church, I'd rather watch sports.

That's fucked up, but I'm noticing the same trend. 😢

Another family friend was a Youth for Christ director.
Just went to prison last year for a 3 year sexual relationship with a girl which started when she was 14.

I was devastated. He was my mentor in high school.
He actually wrote me an email after it all came out apologizing for letting me down. 😢

LOL who was riiiighttttt

I shouldn't gloat because it completely destroyed multiple people's lives.
BUT *high five* God. 😄

Yes, it's sad that multiple peoples lives were messed up over it, but it wasn't your fault, and there is a saying, "The truth comes out in the wash." No matter WHAT people THINK they are getting away with...it DOES catch up with you sooner or later, and just given your story, it sounds like a big case of Hubris --- "Hubris (also hybris; pronounced /??hju??br??s/ due to the hypercorrection of the Greek spelling due to the incorrect transcription of /u/ for /?_?/) means extreme haughtiness or arrogance. Hubris often indicates being out of touch with reality and overestimating one's own competence or capabilities, especially for people in positions of power."

We all reap what we sow, and when we get too big for our britches, we get smacked down...

I agree 100% . 🙂
He got away with it for so long despite all the hard evidence against his lies. Now it's all crumbling around him.
I feel bad for those affected by his choices. But I'm glad the universe is just. He needed to get kicked back down to Earth.

I heard he's moving his chick on the side down here though. Some people from his home state are supporting them...I guess he's going to marry her. HAHA I can't wait to see how that works out for them...
in the meantime I'm sure he'll keep posting up quotes like "don't judge...that's God's job," and "I've decided the key to happiness is to realize you cant make everyone happy," on Facebook.

Lol *shakes head* get real with your life someday?

What I've learned in my life Bri, is that people can't handle the truth. It could be smacking them (sometimes literally) in the face, but for whatever reasons, they ignore ALL the signs/information/intuition and go blindly on. It's sad, but it's the reality of the world. People want to maintain this "perfect" image, and unfortunately, life is NOT perfect. S#*t happens. I think if more people wouldn't look at things as personal failures they would be able to move on, but because so many people are wrapped up in what society thinks, it's hard for some of them to make decisions that will better them in the longterm, because they are focused solely on the - here and now. It's not a judgment really, just what I've seen time and time again in so many peoples lives; including my own from time to time.

so true. 🙂

You can make yourself believe whatever you want to believe. But eventually pretending gets old.
