How high do you think your self-esteem is ?
depends on the day. Right after vacation=amazing..right after watching Tony Robbins and listening to self help videos=amazing.
When i stop working on my self than it goes down.
Fluctuates. More times than not though I have to talk myself up. I have to tell myself its all good and that I'm doing okay. If I'm not consistent with those thoughts then things can derail easily.
