Completely ignore them out of existence. People like this usually desire attention and I never reward bad behavior. I've ignored co-workers sitting within 5 feet of me, for literally years, when they annoy me.

I got really mad. She made an older lady cry by barking orders everywhere. I wanted to say something but I just held it in. You guys are right- ignoring her is better than confronting. Thank you. I hope tomorrow goes by better *crosses fingers*
