At the poker table, the women were giggling their asses off, while the men just shrugged their shoulders. One even acted like he didn't get it.

well, my sense of humor is a bit twisted ..... but, still, this is hilarious.

I expected some sort of switcheroo. What would make this commercial more funny for me is where and when its broadcasted. Perhaps in a hospital waiting room just as a doctor tells an unfortunate man that he has contracted HIV. And then the woman in the commercial starts screaming. Would've been so perfect.

The commercials that get me best are the ones where the type of action needed to remedy an unfortunate situation is unknown to me and thusly surprises me in such a way that I cannot help but laugh.
