In my mind, the allegations in the complaint were different from those in the answer and in the former it is clear that there was forcible entry so I just said...
Me: Yes, your honor. Let's proceed with the case.
Judge: *reiterated what she just said before my last statement while giving an intimidating smile*
Since I didn't want to repeat what I just said, I then...
Me: Your honor, I move that this case be referred to court-annexed mediation.
Judge: Granted.
