Pulaski Township Police Sgt. Chad Adams, a married father of two, donned a dress and a cloak to walk the streets for several days in January in hopes of catching a suspect wanted for exposing himself to Amish children, officials said Tuesday. Police believe the suspect, who was not identified, was arrested in another county.
