Is there a rule about not being able to play pranks after noon? I have a vague recollection of one for some reason.

There is no such rule. Anything is fair game all day. I turned in my months notice this morning. Funny part is that I'm not joking! I alphabetized a coworkers keyboard. Now I'll no for sure if they watch their fingers when they type 😛
