Hi. How do I upload a profile picture? It said my browser does not support Silverlight and javascript and I cannot select a photo? Can I change my browser to support Silverlight? I just downloaded it. Thanks.

My documents. I went to settings > photos > and it has two buttons. One says select, the other says upload. I clicked on select and it does not open and beneath it says 'your browser does not support Microsoft Silverlight, javaplug in' so i downloaded Silverlight and it still will not allow me to click? I use internet explorer on a Dell laptop. Do you have any idea? Thank you also.
