Dear Intellectuals/Hipsters,

When I make a reference to a show or tv flick, please dont do the following anymore - Saying in a very snobby tone "I dont WATCH TV!" or "I choose not to have a tv!"

We get it. You are more evolved and enlightened than us savages. You can quote Murakami, Noam Chomsky, Jack Kerouac, or Bukowski verbatim.

You can expound on the artistic merits of Von Trier, Goddard, Fellini, etc.

So stuff I dont know, such as PBS, Community, Weeds, Dexter, Boardwalk Empire, Curb Your Enthusiasm, 30 Rock, Homeland is beneath you.

Please quit being an a--hole and simply say in a nice tone: "Im not up to date on what is on tv these days" Or just simply STFU

You all can go return to being totally clueless jackasses. Thank you..

@ScorchedEarth -

I dont sit there and bamboozle people into watching tv. If that is your choice, rock on. But what I CANT stand is pseudo-intellectuals making ignorant statements saying tv is completely devoid of intellectual stimulation.

How the hell does someone know that if they dont watch? While I do agree there's garbage on tv (Any reality show, Fox News, Glee - *ducks for cover from Gleeks*

There is still good stuff on tv. Further examples - Masterpiece Theatre, The Daily Show, Steven Colbert, Discovery Channel, TMC.

You just have to actually get someone's insight who actually watches tv for the great shows. Im not advocating TV babysitting for kids or watching TV all day.

All I want is for these "intellectuals" to get over themselves. As long as you have a steady amount of high brow stimulation, there's nothing wrong with "low brow" stuff like tv.

Even though I dont agree or condone it, Im really understanding why intellectuals were bullied in high school. They're almost no better than the douchebag jocks who were bullies.

Oh please! Its called starvation, who are you kidding. That is not natural...the girl in that pic.

YOU are not HER. You don't know her life habits. You don't know how her body digests food. You don't know sh.t.

I'm sick of these fckng assumptions and how it's OK to jeer someone for being slender, but not a fattie inhaling a carton of ice cream. Because skinny people don't have feelings, right? Feelings must be stored in adipose tissue.

And of course, people can be "naturally plump" and they're celebrated...but naturally thin? Omg! Impossible!

I have done a little fashion modeling (I'm 5'11 and 112 lbs...with unique features, though not classically beautiful), and I can tell you - we cleaned off the table full of chocolates, chinese food and cookies at the shoots. And no, there were no immediate trips to the toilet, so you can wipe that idea out your mind as well.

i dunno..i think it's the complete lack of muscle definition in her arms..her sallow cheeks are what make that picture of her a bit disturbing. She looks unhealthy.

I also think you're projecting your own insecurities about yourself on that picture of that girl. why? We've established that Ms.Pisces isn't that girl in the picture..you do realize that the girl isn't you either, right?
