when being pulled by a rip current, don't swim against it, just float until it's over or swim parallel to the shore to exit it. Then swim back to the shore.

This theory is hard to remember when dealing with it due to panic attack. trust me ?
thank you, you and my new friend have helped calm me today - I am having a massive migraine ... trying to remain calm, feeling out of control, but you are right, lay low and wait out the storm ... I'm not sure the sharks won't eat me and I'll never make it back to the shore ...

"In a survival situation, traps can capture animals that provide us precious calories from meat and fat. Think of them as little hunters that you put out to do your work for you while you are off accomplishing other tasks. There are seemingly as many different traps as there are creatures to catch, but we've selected 15 for you to try and master."
