taking pain, style , religion into consideration or watever I'm looking for something I havent heard of.

First of all, if you're planning on doing it, then make sure you're making the right decision. I'm not going to sit here and judge you or tell you what to do because you have a choice in the matter. But you should ask yourself about tomorrow. People who commit suicide can't see the next day and they end up blocking your blessings.

That being said. Taking pain and Christianity into consideration (there's no such thing as style with suicide). Then I recommend suicide by cop and make sure you die doing the right thing so you don't go to Hell. Hell sucks. Heaven is much better.

Put yourself in a situation where someone or something will likely do the killing for you. Let the situation decide your fate. This way, if you actually live through a dangerous situation like this, then you may actually also find faith and / or purpose. From that point on you will live a more peaceful life as well.

Try to focus on the people suicide will affect. It is a selfish act that causes more hardship, loss, and could possibly chain another suicide as well.

So make the right decision and smarten up, pal.

I dont know.....I think I'm a smart person and unselfish.....I just get powerful urges sometimes to kill myself I think its my emotions telling me but my mind tells me not to...cos its gonna affect everyone...I just dont know....theres not really a site i can find information about different ways im only directed to message boards so i thought i might aswell bring it to dxp

Suicide ain't a solution to your problem. YOU are the solution.

Think about it: people who want to commit suicide want to escape life. Maybe that's your reason, maybe it isn't.

But if the stories put forward by religion concerning the afterlife end up being true, then there's no escape.

No permanent respite. Just MORE OF THE SAME: Life.

You'll die but you won't have rest because what comes next is everlasting life burning in hell or being in heaven according to christianity etc etc OR

Reincarnation according to most popular Asian religions.

So according to Christianity you'll only end up living forever anyway in heaven, which sounds boring, or in hell, which is worse than where you are now, and according to Buddhism etc you'll only press reset and end up as ANOTHER PERSON who's situation/destiny/life path may be 100,000,000 times worse than what you're going through right now.

The good life starts with you, friend.

And what of if it's only blackness that comes after?

It's like, unaware to most people the REAL reason why they don't end things right now is because of the future.

They think of all the things they'd miss out on, that they can't even comprehend in one go, and it just isn't worth it.

The above is also why most people fear death. It's not the pain. it's the loss of opportunity.

Think of all the things, people, experiences, ideas you'll miss out on. Right now.

It ain't worth it.

The future, that's what keeps people going.

I like the reset button analogy.....I just dont think I'm adaptable like other people or equipped to live life.....I feel like Im on walkabout that I'm just spectating and wandering I dont know what I'm supposed to do with life but take it for granted lol...

And honestly, what you are going through right now is the beginning of that.

Months from now there's a stronger 11th sign looking at the 11th sign of this day 6/10/2011 at 2.55.23am American Time going "What the fuuuuuck?!"

When you have that reaction to yourself months from now you'll know that you've reached a turning point.

You've adapted. You're equipped to live life.

And you'll start to look forward to future days like that where you can look back at yourself and know you're smarter, stronger, etc

They are left dealing with wondering what happened,if they could have stopped it,why you did it.

Got any nieces or nephews that adore you?So now someone has to explain it to them.

If you are wondering what to do with your life,go somewhere and help someone(Haiti/tornado victims/burn victims..etc...),who has a deep desire to survive and will do anything to make that happen.That will take the focus off you and maybe you'll get a better appreciation of just how damn lucky you are.

Go to the doctors,your body may be low/high on particular electrolytes minerals,vitiams etc.

go to the top of a tall building maybe 50 floors.
Force TUBBY ASS and WOUNDEDBIRD to go with you after a short time you will run and Jump
you know that the one quick pain you will get at the end of your drop will be way less than the pain of listening to them

Having discussed with people on this site who've been suicidal in the past and having dealt first hand with someone who had suicidal thoughts, I've learnt that telling them how selfish suicide is doesn't work.

They know it's selfish, but they're more focused on their chief concern: escaping hardship that they perceive to be UNENDING.

Everyone's been through a moment whether emotional or physical where they're so wrapped up in how unpleasant it is that a way out doesn't even seem comprehensible, be it something as simple as a brief ill-ness, extended hunger pangs, perhaps even childbirth.

And the "helping the less fortunate" argument bounces right off suicidal types, again because of the above reason.

We've all been there, and I don't mean being suicidal (see above scenarios as example of what I mean by "there").

What 11th needs to do is to keep posting here. It's better even than talking to someone face to face because this way you can't see our expressions and therefore know how what you're saying makes us feel.

Which is the biggest problem with being suicidal: you need a listening ear, but the depressing things you have to say ARE infectious.

They get other people down, so most avoid you when the opposite is the best line of action.

I'm not gonna do it......but sometimes when u think about it, it seems like a good idea......i see it like hibernation u fall asleep and wake up and its spring or like putting urself in a time capsule and waking up in the future....yes i know that its not like that at all.....

and I dont really care for religion like christianity for instance otherwise i wouldent be sleeping with other boys.... I mixed that up 4 culture wanted to kno if anyone had any information on suicide in cultures I know samurais did seppuku and that was for honor n stuff. or I think people killed themselves back in the day to make crops grow or something

Hey 11th,it sounds like you think you can't be a Christian with you life style .Is someone pushing you into it,hoping that you will change your core?If you want to try Christianity ,try Unitarian Universalists.They are not judgemental,if anything are accepting. Any religion that won't accept you based on who you are and what you do rather than the fact that you come seeking spiritual knowledge isn't going to be helpful for ya.

Accept who you are.Don't let where your sexual nerve endings are dictate what catagory someone should put you in.As long as everyone is a consenting adult,live your life.

If you are a lone Aqua in your circles,then of course you'll feel like a standout,but if you are with a group of other Aquas,you'll fit right it,dare I say,not one would even notice you??Personally I have learned stuff from Aquas that I could learn not elsewheres.

We're on to something here...

Instead of the suicide hotline trying to prevent people from offing yourself, they should match you up with other like minded folk in your area. Then the two of you can grab some blades and have a public (unsanctioned) dual to the death. The loser is dead (obviously) and the winner is now a cold-blooded, premeditated murderer... he'd get the chair for sure. This way neither person actually takes their own life (sparing your the automatic trip to hell) but everyone ends up with what they want.

Just please, no bridge jumping stunts. Unless you just get up there and jump, then it's fine... but don't fuck up traffic. I swear I want to push those people myself.
