What exactly is this? Why is there such a thing?

White people get by just by being mediocre but ethnic folk have to be exceptional to be considered successful.

White people are protected by the police and ethnics are approached with predjudice

Personally I don’t believe that at all

Your skin color doesnt get in the way of success, justice or being shot by pigs while running the opposite direction. We all know what it is...this post is gonna get stupid pretty damn quick..

The latter - yes, it is. You should come and take a peek at my office staff 95% are Caucasian, they KEEP hiring Caucasians, AND they get promoted, too 😡 I.E., father was hired and his daughter was hired about six months later #2 😡
