I Wanted to know a little info about this placement and how do you handle emotions? This house would be dealing with the Self since it is the 1st house correct?

Thanks @roosagicorn this describes every bit of me ! I also struggle with my emotions and when things get overwhelming i tend to detach myself .. I bottle up alot of things when things get overwhelming and does lead to a blow up .... Its good to know there are others with this placement that deal with the same im not alone lol .. Thanks for the advice on the journaling i will give that a try thanks!
