Aqua sister that works a lot of hours, has management position in healthcare industry starts seeing guy from IT dept at work. They hang for about 6 months, he takes her to meet his family and everything seems good. Next time I talk to her she tells me she dumped him. Why? He works too many hours.

I gave up trying to figure aqua logic out...
I dated a really handsome, smart, sexy Italian/Portugese Aqua commodities broker for about 6 wks. We had fun, went to dinners, saw concerts, enjoyed being together. Then he just ghosted. A week later he calls me, says he screwed up and he wants to come back. So I saw him one more time. And then he ghosted yet again. Yeah, this woman doesn't date air signs.
In the past I was with an Aqua and we broke up, few months later we got back together. Everything is going OK for few weeks, we talk and no fights. We get together for dinner one day and few days later I was travelling for business. After we finished eating I was showing her something and she came my side of the table. Occasionally I would kiss her on the cheek and being shorter than me she would kiss me back (on auto pilot) and land on my neck. This happened several times throughout the night.
Fast forward to my business trip and I send her text message saying I had fun the other night and mention our kissing story and saying how I like small things like that. Next day she breaks up with me saying she cant continue and that this reminds her of her previous relationship. To me it just seemed that she got scared because she realized that she was developing feelings for me but who knows these strange creatures!
One of my aqua friends broke it off cause she was dealing with the aftermaths of being raped and needed space. Sadly their relationship fizzled out and she's now with someone else. They couldve been great, other guy is kinda a bum.
