It's a Neil Simon film I'm pretty sure, he also did "Biloxi Blues" I think. Anyway, it's an old one (I think from the 70s), but a very good one. Richard Dreyfuss stars in it with an actress who used to be famous but isn't so much anymore. Basically it's a love story. And it's a comedy, but not a frothy meaningless one. It's well written and acted, and very believable. It's also very funny.

Hmmm....there's a little something about Patricia Heaton that bugs me, and I'm not sure what it is. I think it's her character on "Everybody Loves Raymond" (a show which I do not like or watch, but have had to watch a couple times when family members insisted on watching it). I know, everybody seems to really like that show, but it's just too goody-goody for me or something, it's too traditional, that Raymond guy bugs me, the dad REALLY bugs me (I know, he's supposed to be annoying, that's the point. lol)...I just hate that show. So I'm all prejudiced against Patricia Heaton's acting now. lol! I'll give the remake a shot though, if I'm home when it airs. Everything deserves a chance.
