Is there smt like conversational/covert hypnosis? I guess my hypnotherapist did it too me. He did not say he was counting to 10 but when he was asking me questions I was answering all the questions as if I was 7 years old. My sentences were very short, me feelings were very lively and when the memory of the session is very foggy. The details come very slowly to my mind. He hugged me during the session thrice and holding my hands/looking into my eyes he repeated the sentence'trust people'. Although two months passed I find myself hugging some people I am not close to?? Is it possible that he applied covert hypnosis on me and it is lasting?
