Hi everyone! This is about scorpion guy who's friend of my friends.He's already taken(g.f)but he confused me.Everytime we're in the same event he always act weird.he always walk or stand where I am, I noticed he glance at me a lot even his friend and his g.f around him,when I seated near their table he will laughing out loud (not sure if their topic is really funny).sometimes can't stand it, seems he's no manner and conceited.One time he surprised me, I was seating w/ my friend then suddenly he was behind me I was about to stand up to greet him but he hold my both upper arms then gave me a cheek greeting.last time he saw me, he touch my shoulder but we r not that close yet. he don't ask my # and I don't also.but What this acting mean? Not sure if hes g.f kick him bec he's flirt??
