Pisces women seem asexual to me..again not relating it to sexuality.

They morph and follow suit on a partner's desire so their whole vibe is not grounded in some definite pattern. If you're not that man, you will only project whatever sexual fantasies you have of THEM, not what they have of you. It's why Piscean friendliness is always mistaken for strong interest.

Both sexes seem everything in between but with the men it's more apparent for me, at least.

I know three Pisces guys and all are strongly women-fans. I had open talks about gay thing (myself is bi and have many gay-friends) but this evoked some vivid reactions from my Pisces. Those are sure didn't want to do anything with same sex experiments themselves.

My closest female friend is Pisces and is more open for experiments with girls even though her heart has been beating only for men as of up to now.

going through my fb friends to see what sign my gay friends are, brb

I don't think this thread is about sex... it's about love

Are gay relationships only based on sex?

There are straight guys who will have relationships with women but would/will get off with another man. It's only about sex. There are straight guys, like Pisces men, who would never even dream of having sex with a male but will have loving, non romantic feelings for male friends.

love is love

Don't worry about it, Shellshocker, her motivation is due to a different thread ... one in which she misunderstood me, and so now is on a mission to prove me wrong.

One friend of mine from years passed ... turned gay.

now that had my mind all fucked up, as you can imagine ... because that's not possible. Or so, that is what we are led to believe.

But, he said .... women and all of their insecurities that they burden him with because they aren't emotionally strong enough to carry their own baggage ... made him turn gay.

wtf?

I can understand that, after several relationships and a divorce, I don't think I can get emotionally involved with a woman anymore.
I could found a family and raise kids, but not fall in love.
Doesn't make me crave the gay sex though

I've considered this issue lately, but not in the same terms. I think Pisces men have a struggle in regards to masculinity in the US. Pisces men embody the most mutable of all mutable signs because their elementary placement in water.

If you consider for a moment, pretty much every sign outside air and water exude masculinity simply because of their elementary nature. Earth is firm and hard, fire signs exude horns and ego; all of which symbolize the phallus. The distinction for the open-minded and the trap for the closed, is that these values are ascribed in a generational and societal manner. These facts render a non-subjective conversation impossible.

All that said, water signs are the only signs adept at achieving harmony with any sort of ease. Harmony is synchronizing male/female energies and simultaneously relinquishing the need for self-actualization which is the antithesis of harmony.

I had to defend my sexuality to a gay guy two days ago who was certain he could turn me if he tried hard enough.

And how did you defend it pray tell? It goes like this in my mind. I seriously tried to imagine you in this scenario.

Guy: You're gay!
Pisces: ummm..
Guy: Let's get together!
Pisces:..yeah, about that..ummm..no
Guy: What is it? Do you have a boyfriend?
Pisces: It's not that..it's just..I am not attracted to men I suppose
Guy: You suppose but you don't know.
Pisces:....
Guy: I've seen the way you look at me. No way you're completely straight
Pisces: I look like that at everyone..not sure what your point is?
Guy: You just made my point! You wouldn't look like that at both men and women if you weren't bi.
Pisces:..umm..okay, whatever you say
Guy: So?
Pisces: So what?

^^going back to the start and replaying it ad infinitum

I have no clue why anyone even started to talk about sex ..

Because gay and bi are terms colloquially used to denote sexuality... ijs

"Bi" is short for "Bi-Sexual"-- idk that it's really a colloquialism, but I absolutely agree with what you're saying.

No one had any reason to think this wasn't about sexual preference.

Im open Minded. I love the women body And its characteristics. My two brothers are gay, I never bothered about it. I don't mind kissing male friends in the cheek, as I'm only showing affection.
Sexually attracted to men? NO!
Sexually attracted to shemales? If they look feminine, Yes.
Sarina Valentina is an example, she's cute.
But we can't generalize, I'm a case apart, I was born in this newer generation, am only 19.

No, it isn't a colloquialism but I was drunk at that point and you get my drift 😛

Can't say that I ever got a gay vibe from either of my two long term Pisces boyfriends. What I do think is that we live in an over-sexualized world that causes all kinds of confusion among many men and women. I'm an old fart and I miss the days where people kept their sexuality quiet (gay or straight) and did not identify who they are based on what they desire sexually or which gender they love. Love is love for sure but the labels "bi/straight/gay" is about sexual orientation and not love itself. I think our over sexed media conflates these two all the time and makes it hard for us to understand the truth. Love is not sex and sex is not love. To be honest, and I probably deserve to be challenged for this thought, but I wonder how this is all gonna play out on the family level and how many confused kiddos will grow up to be confused adults. Yup, old fart here.

Again ... this thread isn't about sex.

People get a notion in their head, and all else vanishes from their brain ... this seems to prove itself over and over and again.

I hear what you're trying to say but "bi/straight/gay" are really about sexual orientation and not love. Anyway read my prior post & you'll get my drift. Whether you agree....well that's another matter. Namaste.

Yeah but you could argue a lot about what is love (baby don..)
I am of the opinion that "love" is just a literary construct, if people only bothered with sex on one hand and marriage/family on the other hand, and didn't pay attention to all this romeo and juliet literature, life might be easier.

So is familial love and other forms of platonic love also a "literary construct" as well? I don't mean to define what love is. I mean to say sex is not love and love is not sex. Love, that feeling of union with another person, our family, our communities, our ethnic heritage, is what makes life worth living. Writers just try to capture some of its complexity because it moves the heart and is important to us all. Socrates said the unexamined life is not worth living. I agree but I would also add the unloved life ain't worth a damned either. We gotta word for people who can't love. They're called psychopaths and sociopaths. 🙂
