Pisces boss RANT!
I'm going to see if my new job can give me more hours and then work the job that I'm currently at 2 to 3 days a week instead of the normal 5 days a week. Also whenever I talk to her again I am going to mention how that was unprofessional of her to mention something I spoke to her about in private publicaly. Let's see how she takes that. She is unprofessional and did I mention a cunt lol.

I just don't like how she tried to one up me with by scheduling me 2 days and I feel as though while I'm talking to her I'm going to get mad again and end up saying something to cut her lol.
My last boss, before she left was a very emotional Pisces that made my Pisces moon feel awkward on the daily.
She was talented and truly an inspiration. She’s a beautiful Armenian woman who literally pulled her family out of poverty and she was a blessing to our office. I really miss her but she was emotional and would react too quickly towards everyone but she was a strong leader that really looked into peoples lives and skills to use them properly.
She had negative qualities but I didn’t feel it was uncaring or harsh....but I have a Pisces mother so I’m sorta use to this type of emotions.
I think a lot of people don’t see it but Pisces people need a lot of respect from their peers. I’m thinking she felt disrespected. If you wanted to correct this I’d talk to her one on one as a woman and be understanding but also voice your issues with what she did.
At least to get your hours back and ensure your references are on point if you’re considering moving on.

Obviously you’ve got differences but the main point is even if you want to leave, you want to move on with a reference...otherwise it’s time wasted and may look bad to other employers.click to expand

2 Days ago I jokingly asked if my job was hiring for a manager position, and my boss said that she was and I proceeded to tell her that I would get back to her about the position in May because that's when I graduate with my bachelors degree. I wasn't going to ask her about the position again because I changed my mind since I found out that managers only get paid 1.00 more than I'm making right now.
Yesterday, I was breaking down boxes to get thrown away after I had just processed about 8 boxes of shoes. I was stationed in the fitting room. There are stalk people in the back of the store that usually throw away boxes and I was helping them for literally about 3-5 minutes. Anyways as I'm coming back into the store after throwing away the last box she comes to me and she yells out my name and is like, "You left my fitting room unattended, if someone where to steal something I would fire you." I literally look at her with the most nonchalant unbothered face and say... "ok." I guess she got more mad and then she proceeds to say, "The fact that you asked about the manager position". For some reason that boiled my blood, and before I could stop myself I blurted out, NOONE wants to be a manager here and I kept walking.
I come in to work today and look at the new work scheduled posted up and see that she has cut me 3 days on the schedule. I guess I really hurt her feelings, and her dumb cunt ass scheduled me a bullshit work week next week. Little does she know I just got hired at another job and after next week I'm going to tell her that I like how she scheduled me 2/5 days and she can keep the schedule like that. I hope it pisses her overly emotional ass off even more LMAO!
