Yeah, not all pisceans are nigerian.
I meant "fantasy" rather than evil conniving stuff. Sure, fantasy is a "lie" but then again, it's quite nice sometimes.
People usually have expectations, and so they already have in their minds - the/an answer.
Pisces don't, so naturally it appears as though it's a lie. for example:
If you asked me what color I like, I could say "green", damnata could ask and I could say "orange". In your mind, you believe "green" is the definitive answer, so any other answer to this question would appear as a deception.
when in reality, I could very well like both, or more.
At any given moment a person's desire changes .... I might wish to see a comedy movie right now, but, then I see a love snippet about Johnny Cash and June Carter 10 minutes from now, and so then I want to see a romance. But, in your mind, you're focused on a comedy.
The Piscean mind isn't fixed. We are so fluid that our wants and desires could change (and often do) with each breath we take.
I can relate with what's being said in this topic even though I'm not a Pisces.
I used to feel guilty because in my mind looking for certainty..if someone asked for a preference of mine and it would switch..I'd jump to the conclusion it wasn't well thought enough the first time. In that moment, the preference I mentioned is at the forefront of my thoughts. But then the moment changes and something else triggers me so I have a different reply.
I think people try to assess credibility/trust through patterns of behavior so for most of them, I probably come off as flakey.
There's multiple scenarios going on in my mind at all times and picking just one would dismiss the rest of the possibilities for me.

well, if you go in expecting to be deceived.... then nothing can go wrong
either they'll deceive you by not being deceitful or they won't deceive you and therefore deceive you

People usually accuse me of lying if they ask about something that's not their business. Or try to snoop into a part of me that's not meant for them. And if I conceal it/hide it/camouflage it I'm dubbed either fake or a liar. A very human-like butthurt reaction, nothing new here.
my dominant Scorpio mother has told us this a Thousand times. Don't be telling your life story, it's no one's business. she hates snoopy people too, or those too talkative and intrusive.
although i've been already telling some of my life story here alot (about my marriages) but keep things on the downlow since this is an anonymous forum and astrology is kind of therapeutic? helpful/aid in understanding.
I've noticed these "deceptions" a lot with the mutual signs. As a fixed sign it's very hard to understand.
Why would you say one thing and turn around and do another thing, in the blink of a moment..
I have also seen them lie straight to my face when i know what's really going on.. i don't get it, i'd rather have someone tell me the truth even if it hurts, so we can work from there on. Or not.
I think those are the main building stones to build a friendship/relationship. I need to know who you are, not what you want me to percieve. Credibility. Wouldn't you want the same thing?
I have a close pisces friend who i've known for several years, but even now i still have the feeling i don't even know her fully as she keeps changing or manipulating the truth at times.
Yet she tells me everything and i know she trusts me 100% . But still those little white lies.
Why does she want me to perceive her other then who she is. It's not like i will judge her for who she is as a person.
Everyone makes mistakes. We are human. If you changed your mind, tell me, it's ok, but don't lie about it. I don't like lies. They make me wonder what else you are lying about..
And isn't it so much more fun to simply be yourself than put on this tiring facade?

All jokes aside;
When we come across an engineering project that someone else has failed at and they never ask for help, then they abandon the project, i take it over and bring it to life.
Was my plan to ever deceive them? No! They never once asked for direction. It turns out to be that way a lot but all the while I knew what the problem was the whole time.
So why not suggest them about the problem you knew all along instead of deceiving them to believe they can fix it?
Because they didn't ask?
