UGH [WishyWashy] Pisces Male??

Me: Leo.. Him: Pisces [Long.Distance.Courtship] one minute he's into me, next minute nope.. continuous cycle

K.. soo i am confused & not exactly sure what i should do! Here's the story briefly: I met him in February when i was visiting a friend in her city one night, we exchanged numbers and he contacted me right away. I kinda blew him off at first cuz I live and 1hr 30mins away from him so i figured its not gonna work. but he was consistent so i figured why not so i started talkin to him. we talked/text everyday. In march i went back to visit my friend again and went and seen him for the first time in a month, we hung out and it was all good. I was coming back to his town the following week again, so he insisted i stay with him for the weekend. I did and again everything was all good. Then about 3 weeks ,we would talk/text not everyday like b4 but still quite often, he comes to my city this time his friends were with him there was an event going on so they all stayed at my place with my roommate and I and it was AGAIN all good...

Now its June i havent seen him since April (i have no vehicle) We still talk/text but now its days in between now. its like out of the blue he's becoming distant. But here's the thing he tells me he misses me blah blah blah etc. etc. and one of these coming weekends he wants to visit or come get me and have me stay with him for awhile.

Basically my question is why is he saying all these nice sweet things and making plans but when it comes to communication he barely talks/text so i just dont talk/text him. Or let him know that its bothering me.

Idk what should i do? Does he like me,doesn't he like me? Should i continue to not talk/text him? should i start? How often? Should i just let him be and have him come to me? Should i just move on? Is there a reason he's acting differently now? Are Pisces men normally wishy washy like this? Is he just playing a game with me?

*Sorry if this sounds a bit confusing let me know if i need to make something clear & HELP ME OUT PLEASE.. first pisces i've ever dealt with i don't know these men's style s! lol

My best friend nathan is a pisces and his ex tommy is a leo..........they were crazy in love having fights nathan ran his car off the road with my little borther and friends in it and lost his liscense because he cant control hes super "evolved emotions"
anyways the leo broke up with him and hes devo.....all he talks about is his ex tommy like seriously its either that or magick......cos hes doing some sort of wiccan ritual to make him come back lol

well not really to make him come back.......he does this one to make him call him on the phone and he said it worked or that theyre paths will cross and stuff

anyways hes getting all occulty now so i think hes wanting bigger and better results lol
