When You're A Pisces...

You are presented with two choices.

1. Will you take the high road ( swim upstream)

2. Will you take the low road?

If you happen to be born a third decan Pisces, I have good news for you..option 1 comes with ease and quite naturally.

If you were not born as a third decan, good luck. I can imagine it's not east to swim upstream..

But like salmon, who spend their lives and their life energy swimming upstream in an attempt to spawn ( regenerate and acheive immortality through their progeny), some make it upstream and accomplish the mission, while many more fail...

Pisces is no different, but it's important to focus on the successful fish rather than the unsuccessful ones.

But have you ever wondered what it's like at the spawning well upstream, the paradise spoken of by many, the Promised Land?

It's everything everyone said it is.

Imagine being totally irresistible to the opposite sex and being able to pick and choose among the hottest, most fit mates.. Picture yourself loving yourself and being COMPLETELY accepting of yourself...

Envision that everything just goes the way you want while also receiving a lot of great things you couldn't possibly dream of youself..

Welcome to the spawning pool which is exclusively reserved for the fittest of the fit and true best of the best..

Life is just gravy upstream... Ask any third decan born Pisces and I'm sure they would be glad to tell you all about it.

When you're a pisces, you realize that you have puppetmaster abilities and see how easily others are willing to bend to your wishes. At times it can seem like The Universe is at your command.

However being the prudent, upstream dweller that you are, you are reluctant to abuse or even use the powers that made people like Svengali famous..

No real upstream dweller really likes responsibility nor will they take on any unneccissarily.. They are wise and realise that with responsbility comes obligation and those folks would just rather not be obliged.

This is the essence of a true free spirit. A being that belongs to no one but remains a part of everyone, if not due solely to the fact that upstream dwellers LIVE the basic fundamental dream of everyone else. Namely, to be happy and free.

Now mind you upstream dwellers are quite likely to ALSO be mating with the most fit and attractive mates and have numerous other trappings while they are contantly finding themselves in favourable circumstances, these things are simply the extras, the icing on the cake so to speak.

The most important thing to any upstream dweller is that they are happy and free within themselves.

Everyone has a choice. Everyone can choose to rise above their circumstances and acheive for more. Once you realize you have the power to rise above your circumstances, you will soon start to see that it is you who has the power to create your own circumstances. And once you've reached this point, in retrospect ( hindsight is 20/20), you will have seen that you created your negative past circusmtances just as you have created your favourable present circumstances.

Any upstream dweller knows there is NO SUCH THING as a coincidence, as was stated before. Knowing this, it's clear to see that upstream dwellers are very responsble individuals because they blame no one for their failures, nor due they give others credit for their successes. They realize that the power is all their own.

And all of this begins with a conscious choice.

Is there negativity and despair in your life? If so you asked for it. You chose it.

Is there happiness and joy in your life?

Hopefully you see where this is going.

It's quite simple really.

France or USA, it doesn't matter because those things are merely the circumstances. Just the icing on the cake part..

France is lovely, true, but I chose this. I chose to rise above my previous USA circumstances although my USA circumstances were quite good as well. Bit to me France is a step up, a riding above my previous circumstances.

But if you asked me if I was happy in the US while I was there, I would have said "yes". I am just happier now. I made a choice to increase my happiness level.

And maybe you don't realize that you have puppetmaster skills that's fine. But if you are a second decan Pisces, I'd say they are latent and haven't surfaced
yet. If you are a third decan Pisces, I'd say that you're just being modest.


At any rate as was states before whether you are a puppeaster or not has no bearing on your circumstances since you and you alne create the circumstances m which you find yourself. Other people have nothing to do with it so whether you have the power to influence there is a moot point.

What about 1st decans then?

Regarding having some initial "status and authority" that boils down to a conscious choice as well.. But this choice is at the soul level, rather than one at the human level.

There are no coincidences. Your parents and family were a conscious choice at the soul level as well and are therefore no coincidence.

Everyday day life is a pleasure upstream and each day is enjoyed fully and when given time to reflect upon how glorious indeed your life truly is, you often find yourself giggling uncontrollably. In fact giggling yourself to sleep is something you may find yourself doing quite often as well.

You know that actually kinda makes sense. I've said in here a few times that I've never really felt like a Pisces, especially when I compare myself to some of the ones here. I just don't fit that well into the overall Pisces mold. I'm more air than anything anyway.

I am who I am *shrugs* and I'm not a douche so it's all fine by me. 🙂

Obviously the current or tide in this thread is one that is designed to make it so that I am swimming against the current of disdain and negativity that has been created by all those here who are trying to prove how "developed" they are a Pisces.

So what we are left with is me against everyone else posting on this thread. If I am not swimming upstream by posting here, I don't k ow what I am doing. As long as I am swimming upstream , by default that means that the rest of you who push the tide against me are going with the flow... A very negative flow at that...

Maybe you all should take a time out and reflect on whether you have truly learned the lessons of a Pisces and whether in fact you are swimming upstream at all as most of you claim.. When you're a piesces dwelling upstream, life will place some very annoying obstacles in your path that could manifest as Internet blowhards who have no real life outside of the cyber world and wish to live vicariously through people such as yourself who actually lead real, fulfilling lives.

But since you're a Pisces dwelling upstream, life IS a bed of roses and these cyber fools become food forlaughs, nothing more, nothing less. Since you are dwelling upstream, you inherently realize that these e- people don't matter in the grand scheme of things since they can and won't provide you with anything of sustenance in life, mentally or physically. Often times, dwelling upstream you know everything you need to know I order to do whatever work you need to do and since you swim upstream, you have alreAdy acknowledged, realized and undertaken your life's work. You are already well on your way in your journey.

Therefore when Internet blowhards and the like start pusing the tide against you, you laugh, knowing that opinions are like assholes since everyone seems to have one... And then you laugh some more..

I disagree. The first decan has some characteristics of the previous star sign, the third one of the next sign.

It would be like saying that Aries (or a child with attention deficit disorder) is "higher grade" and "channels energy" better than Aquarius (the Professor). Not on this planet!

So salmon = pisces. Problem is salmon die shortly after they spawn. So that's why so many Pisces men are the eternal elusive slippery fish. You spawn and then you die. Makes 100% sense. 🙂

The subject of Deccans has been discussed more or less civilly in other threads (interestingly, we Pisces seem to be much taken by this topic). There has never been a consensus that I am aware of, which is fine. I enjoy the discussions.

But for this character to set himself up as the final arbiter of the issue, after which he proceeds to talk down to those who don't agree with his theories (for that is all that they are), is preposterous.

Honestly, DJ, I don't really get the decans. I just picked 2nd decans b/c you're ruled by Cancer (insert selfish bitch here) and both of my 2 great Piscean loves have been 2nd decans. I'm a 3rd decan cancer and they are ruled by Neptune. Plus, I have Neptune on the cusp on my 7th house so I really love my fishes. But, for me it's more about the sun aspects and the overall natal chart. Complicated stuff and I can't say I've got the decan biz figured out. But I like the Piscean brand of crazy. When you wax poetic after ingesting an ungodly amount of intoxicants, you become these fantastical beings that have little to no correlation to real life. Fortunately, real life's a drag. And yeah, I'm talking out of my arse this whole post. Does this make me an honorary Piscean nut job? Or should I just settle for being a Cancer and we all know they're bonkers!
