When people become angry enough to fight, the mind, body, and spirit are focused even if they never fought a day in their lies. Their adrenaline is pumping, their senses heighten, the body heats up, and some can even see the next few seconds of their battle before they occur. I'm discussing this because for most of us, it's far easier to focus your energy when furious than it is to focus it for let's say a math test or cleaning the house or working out at the gym.

If we universally can heighten all our senses from anger which is just an emotion, why is it that we fail to heighten our senses on all things we desire for ourselves??Or even on a basic level, why do we fail to use this emotional content with happiness or love or the more positive emotions in the least?? My point is there's a vast amount of untapped energy in the human body which the majority of people never use before they die.

Furthermore, this should emphasize the importance of exercising control over your mind and emotions at all time. How can you be master your environment called earth, if you can't use your mind to exercise mastery of your body?? Of your own thoughts?? Of your own emotions and actions?? The simple fact is you cannot. The amount of success in all your endeavors would be increased greatly by learning to master your energy( combination of thoughts, feelings, emotions, actions). Just something to think about.

Because we have biological hardwiring to cause it automatically. If your asking why we don't do it with other things, I would say because the vast majority are not aware that it's even possible.

We do have practices and traditions that can cause this kind of focus though. Like chanting"even a slogan" over and over again, Right of passage traditions in 3rd countries, meditation can, yoga can, and after training to break physical barrier. "Runners high" is a great example of the latter.

So I suppose you could say lack of conscious awareness.

There are plenty of awareness practices out there to learn to manipulate these things.

Such as focusing on different parts of your body and focusing on feeling all the sensations there we consciously ignore unless there is a issue. Feeling your own heartbeat. The trick to these ones is after getting good at it, is to feel the act of awareness itself. You imagine/recreate that sensation and move it up and down your body like a massage.

The next useful step in this is pain relief. You focus on the pain and using the same technique of moving the sensation of pain to your chest and exhale it with your breath.

.I disagree about control of ur emotion. Most illnesses are due to pushing down emotions trying to control them.

No one said anything about suppressing emotions. I said control them. All emotions are not caused by the noun(person, place or thing) that is occurring in that instant, but the excess of emotions are caused by the emphasis placed on it. And this, anyone has the ability to change within an instant. Control the emotions. Control yourself because you have no control over anything else in this world.
