It will depend on which aspect we are discussing. Pluto conjuct venus is very differnt from pluto opp venus. Comparing Pluto/Venus to Mars/Venus imo is apples to oranges.

Venus trine Uranus is “love” at first site. You’ll be immediately drawn to them. It feels electric.

But moon doesn’t know what to do when Pluto takes its affection away. It’s no longer “special” to anyone. This seems extremely painful for the moon if Pluto moves on.
