There are a number of websites that could give you some insight too, Aya.
One of them is Cafe Astrology: http://www.cafeastrology.com/.
It provides you with plenty of explanations into moon also compared to yours.
Have you posted your LIBRA man question to the "Libra" threads instead of the "Relationships" section? I think you may get more responses at its particular site. Or whatever your sign is, go to yours and ask about libra guys what their experience is.
I have no libra experience myself, but thought to give you a response on here.
