Confused on compatibility chart

Tried inputting a compatibility chart at cafe astrology but it gives me a whole bunch of conflicting aspects - challenging or positive. I'm a Gemini and he's a Libra. Does this mean it's a jekyll hyde relationship or am I just interpreting this incorrectly?

Me: June 2, 1984

Him: Sept 27, 1985

Can anyone help?

Challenging = Difficult but possible to overcome

Positive = Not a downside

Negative = A glaring issue

It's obviously better to have more of the positive aspects. Personally, I wouldn't suggest taking info from a single site, there are a few others which do slightly more accurate compatibility reports imho.
