i'm probably going to get alot of slack for saying this, but appeal to his ego.

with my gem father, you have to admit to the fault he's accusing you of. whether you're at fault or not is irrelevant. apologize, sincerely for it and promise to never do it again. then, tell him how right he is.

works the same for my uncle and my father's best friend, who are also gems. i don't know how it would work for any other gem male.

In your place I wouldn't even be questioning what you are .. I'd be questioning why a disagreement constitutes falling out of graces.

If a person, in this situation a person to be a Gemini .... if this person cannot handle a fight without having people fall away from them, then they aren't worth trying to mend the relationship with because inevitably ... another disagreement will be present, and if their solution is to fall away in terms of grace, then they belong at the curb.

There are actually people out there who can handle a fight without falling away.

In my experience Gemini men don't stay angry for long. The worst thing you can do is try to talk it out - just leave him alone, give him space, let him go to bed mad if necessary. You'll never win an argument anyway - he will turn everything you say around on you. It's just his nature. Almost every time he will wake up and be over it already. If you're right he probably already knows that, but he can't be pushed to admit it. He will come around in his own time - let him figure it out for himself. Don't lie to him just to calm him down - if he finds out he will lose respect for you. However, if you are in the wrong and you value the relationship, then of course sincerely apologize, as soon as possible. Geminis can cut you out of their life as permanently as if you are dead to them, with no warning.

(My Gemini experience: Mother, brother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and three ex-boyfriends who are now some of my closest friends)
