I call ladies "miss firstname" all the time. The only part that sounds off is when you said someone you are familiar with. I don't call female friends miss... just the rest of em.

Yeah i dont know,he's doing it...maybe my best bet is just to ask him.
Thanks for replying.
Did you just meet or have you known him a while?
Is it a work relationship or a personal one?
I only ask because those questions would subconsciously determine if I called someone miss or not. Do you not like him calling you miss? I always considered it polite.

Ok random topic, but have anyone ever had a guy they are familar with call them miss?
Well this guy i know, suddenly start calling me Miss "then my first name".
Am tempted to ask him,why his he inserting miss before my name but dont want to appear picky.
We are both in our 20s and the same age.
Any input??

Well i asked, him and he gave me some rubbish answer. I thought you're a mrs.
Confuse.com....I reckon he's playing.
Update..... language barrier....he calls me miss "then my first name"
He actually means mrs....i havent spoken to him properly in over 3mths,he knew i was engaged.
So him using Mrs is implying am married/taken.
Doh why didnt he just come out and ask if am now married!
