Help a Virgo woman get over a breakup

I have a friend Virgo Sun, Libra/Virgo cusp moon but Libra and a Scorpio AC.
She had her first love be a Virgo/Leo. It impacted her a lot, and now since they're not together I feel she doesn't know how to deal with it and wants to go away.
This guy happens to work with her and she even wants to transfer out of the job. She claims to be okay, but I know this isn't true. She's very old-fashioned, very to herself and in very sweet. Kind of like the girl next door.

Romance in the workplace is tough, and the aftermath of a break up. How is he making the work relationship hard for her to deal with?... how is she handling seeing him at work, does she ignore him?

They went out before working here, and somehow they both ended up working in the same place. He's really consumed in work right now, and he previously cheated on her. He acknowledge his mistake, and is willing to work it out. She can't get over the broken trust but wants to be with him. Unfortunately she gets really frantic and just spazzes out on him and he doesn't want to deal with it again. So now she's all sad again and Idk what to say or do to help her. She doesn't wanna see other guys. and She's out of school already and idk. She ignores him t work, but its what consumes her inside whats bothersome
